Brain Toniq was formulated by nutrition author Scott Ohlgren, as a way to introduce other cognition-helping plants and natural compounds to a culture consuming larger and larger amounts of caffeine. It is the first drink to contain A-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline, a nutritient found naturally in the brain.
A can of Brain Toniq states the ingredients as: Organic Agave syrup, Eleuthero root, Rhodiola rosea root, Choline (in the form of A-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline), DMAE, Wild blue green algae (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae), Citric Acid, and Water. Notably, it contains no caffeine, high-fructose corn syrup, cane sugar, or artificial ingredients.
