Beating Addiction has been released to the public without being fully completed. As a result, major changes and updates to the web site will be listed below. Releasing the web site to the public without being finished will allow users to get a head start on building communities and groups, meeting people, finding supporters, gathering information, and much more.
December 30, 2006
- The way that images are handled has changed. Unless a member has not uploaded an image, no matter what, one picture will always be set as a member's default image. This is more of a technical issue than a usability issue.

- Members may transfer ownership of addictions and medical drugs.
- The frequently asked questions page has been updated with this information.

- Members may now delete their accounts.
- Members are able to logout.
- The frequently asked questions page has been updated — how to logout and how to delete your account have been added.
